1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using Sojourn, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. The service is not designed for children.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and activity under your account. Do not share access tokens or use another person's account without permission. Tell the operator through Settings if you believe an account has been compromised.
You may export available data, delete stored product data, or request account deletion through Settings. Deletion consequences and provider-retention limits are described in the Privacy Policy.
3. The service
Sojourn calculates a Saju chart from birth information, presents calculation traces and chart layers, and may provide AI-assisted readings, questions and answers, timing context, and journal tools. The product is in public beta. Features, availability, conventions, limits, and supported platforms may change as testing continues.
Chart calculation is separate from interpretation. The deterministic engine calculates supported placements and timing evidence. Reading features interpret the saved output and are not permitted to calculate or invent chart facts independently.
4. Calculation, interpretation, and professional matters
Saju is an interpretive tradition. Readings may help you examine temperament, relationships, work style, recurring patterns, and timing context, but they are not statements of fact about future events. No reading guarantees an outcome or makes a decision for you.
Sojourn does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, immigration, tax, investment, or other professional advice. Do not rely on the service to diagnose conditions, select investments or bets, predict death or fertility, determine legal rights, or make a major decision without appropriate real-world information and qualified advice.
AI-assisted output may be incomplete, incorrect, or inconsistent. Review the chart evidence shown with an answer and use independent judgment.
5. Your content
You retain rights you hold in birth profiles, questions, journal entries, and other content you submit. You give Goldmind Health, LLC a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, process, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the requested service. This license ends when the content is deleted, subject to technical backups, provider retention, and legal obligations.
You are responsible for having permission to submit information about another person. Avoid adding confidential third-party information that is not needed for a chart.
6. Prohibited uses
Do not use Sojourn to break the law; infringe rights; harass, coerce, exploit, or deceive another person; bypass account, quota, or security controls; probe or disrupt the service; scrape it aggressively; submit malicious code; resell access without permission; or use output to make high-impact decisions about another person.
The reader will not provide death predictions, diagnoses or treatment instructions, fertility predictions, gambling or market picks, guaranteed outcomes, coercive relationship tactics, or exact guaranteed life-event dates.
7. Ownership and intellectual property
Sojourn, its logo, interface, software, original text, and product materials belong to Goldmind Health, LLC or its licensors. These terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service. They do not transfer ownership of the service or third-party materials.
8. Third-party services
The service depends on providers including Supabase, Vercel, OpenAI, and Expo/EAS. Their systems, terms, availability, and processing practices are outside our direct control. Links to third-party services do not constitute an endorsement or a guarantee of their availability.
9. Availability, changes, suspension, and termination
We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the beta service, including to address security, abuse, cost, provider, or legal issues. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or risks to users or the service. You may stop using Sojourn and use Settings to delete available account data.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of this language may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Goldmind Health, LLC and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from the service. Applicable law may give you rights that cannot be limited by these terms.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The revision date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
