What does a Saju chart actually tell you?

Start with the Day Master

The Day Master is the stem of your birth day. It gives the chart its starting point—one of ten Yin or Yang versions of Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, or Water.

Then see what changes it

Your birth season and the other three pillars change how that Day Master is read. The same Day Master can look very different in two different charts.

Then add timing

Your birth chart stays the same, but Saju also compares it with 10-year, yearly, monthly, and daily pillars to see what themes are being emphasized now.

Yang Fire: broad warmth that wants to be shared

Bing Fire is the image of the sun or broad radiant heat: visible, generous, expressive, and capable of changing the atmosphere around it.
